This is a small circuit around an MMRF1021, for VHF amplification.

Idea:

* With around -3 dBm input power at 144MHz
* SPF5189Z 14dB gain: 11dBm
* MMRF1021 14dB gain: 26dBm out (4W)
* Minus filters

Filters and coupling are still to be defined.
