sync-measurement-while-sending.ipynb:
Starts the parallel_measurement gnu radio script and a server to control coefficients, txgain and rxtain.

receive_tcp.ipynb:
Receives the measurements from sync-measurement-while-sending.ipynb and controls it's parameters.
