rfnoc: Make RFNoC device port names consistent
Update all USRPs to use the same names for the same port types.
For example, instead of "ctrl_port" and "ctrlport" use "ctrlport".
Instead "timekeeper" and "time_keeper", use "timekeeper". Etc.
