legacy: fix legacy compat to work with 2TX radio block
This change will allow legacy compat connect any in/out ports
radios/ddcs/ducs/dmafifo block connect together in a legacy graph:
[HOST]=>DFIFO/SFIFO=>DUC=>RADIO=>DDC=>[HOST]
