tests: Update multi_usrp_test.py
Many updates to this test. Most tests weren't even working properly.
Highlights:
- Add device-specific configuration. Includes defaults, but also the
option to specify a YAML file.
- Improved output for better readability
- Made a whole bunch of tests work
