Idea:

• With around -3 dBm input power at 144MHz
• SPF5189Z 14dB gain: 11dBm
• MMRF1021 14dB gain: 26dBm out (4W)
• Minus filters

Filters and coupling are still to be defined.

Maybe drive an MRF101AN with that.
