SoapySDR Dummy driver
=====================

This is a dummy driver for SoapySDR. It implements a virtual full-duplex 1x1
device and feeds the TX samples back to the RX port. It takes into account
timestamps too.

Developed because I needed to do some testing with the SoapySDR support in
ODR-DabMod.
